Welcome to the official blog of the The Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon, affectionately known as THON. Started in 1973, THON is a year-long fundraising effort to raise both funds and awareness for the fight against pediatric cancer. The year culminates in a 46 hour no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon. But THON is more than just a weekend celebration. It's friends, it's family, it's hope, it's a dream. Nothing beats Hershey’s care! We are so proud of everyone at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital on the amazing ranking as one of the best children’s hospitals in the country. You are an inspiration to us all. FTK!
