Welcome to the official blog of the The Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon, affectionately known as THON. Started in 1973, THON is a year-long fundraising effort to raise both funds and awareness for the fight against pediatric cancer. The year culminates in a 46 hour no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon. But THON is more than just a weekend celebration. It's friends, it's family, it's hope, it's a dream.
